All shipments are made by courier and transport company depending on the volume of the order. All products are sent by courier to the address you have indicated in your order within 1-3 working days if they are readily available. If they are not immediately available, you are informed by e-mail or by phone by a representative of xoreftaris.gr, and after consultation, we process your order.
Furniture and other items that have a large volume are shipped with a transport company.
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order and is as follows.

From 10 kg to 15 kg 10€
From 15 kg and over 15€
Upon completion of your order, the shipment is carried out immediately and delivery to the customer takes place within 1-3 working days for large urban centers and 3-7 working days for inaccessible areas. For areas identified as "hard to reach" by the courier, this time may vary.

Partial shipments :
In case of an order of more than 6 products (listed as available ,and not available on request , or out of stock) ,in which one or more are not immediately available, there are two ways of shipping:
1. 1. Partial shipment with prepayment of the full amount to the courier and shipment of the missing product at no extra charge to the customer.
2. Partial shipment and payment by the customer only for the products received. In the second shipment including the missing product(s), the customer is charged the shipping costs for the shipment and possible cash on delivery if this is the payment method.
xoreftaris.gr may replace a product received that is defective by the manufacturer at its discretion. The customer must inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt. The costs of returning the product to our headquarters are borne solely by you initially,and if it is proven to be defective ,you receive a new product with all shipping costs (including the original) being borne solely by us. Please respect these simple instructions in order to be served as soon as possible.
-In case of a customer's wrong order, it would be wise to contact us by phone in order to replace the product.In this case the costs will be borne by the customer. Returns will not be able to be accepted on products that are not held in stock, and come on special order for the customer.
-In the event that due to an error by xoreftaris.gr or its supplier regarding a product that is sent contact us IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT attempt to modify/change it as a return will NOT be possible.

Returns are accepted only in the factory packaging and condition to have the appropriate sales document , change card ( clothes have not been worn or washed),even if it is a mistake of xoreftaris.gr in shipping,as product that has been modified is not acceptable return and to the manufacturer / supplier.
