Shipping and return
All shipments are made by courier and transport company depending on the volume of the order. All products are sent by courier to the address you have stated in your order within 1-3 working days if they are immediately available. If they are not immediately available, you are informed by e-mail or by phone by a representative of xoreftaris.gr, and after consultation, we will process your order.
Orders weighing up to 5 kg are sent by courier
The furniture that has a large volume is picked up by the agency of your city
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order and is configured as follows.
Up to 1 kg 3€
From 1 to 5 kg 5€
From 5 to 10 kg 8€
From 10 kg to 15 kg 12€
From 15 kg to 20 kg 15€
From 20 kg and over 25€
In case of volume measurement the prices are differentiated and do not go by kilos but by volume
Upon completion of your order, the shipment is made immediately and the delivery to the customer takes place within 1-3 working days for large urban centers and 3-7 working days for inaccessible areas. For areas marked as "inaccessible" by the courier, this time may vary.
(*) Shipping times may change due to unbalanced factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, holidays, etc.
(*) For orders placed by deposit in a bank account, the payment of the money by the bank must have been confirmed.

Possible additional charges:
COD payment is charged with an additional € 3.00 on the shipping cost (cost charged by the courier companies) regardless of the amount of the order
In case of ordering more than 6 products (which are listed as available, and not available upon order, or out of stock), in which one or more are not immediately available, there are two ways to send:
1. Partial shipment with prepayment of the entire amount to the courier and shipment of the missing product without any additional charge to the customer.
2. Partial shipment and payment by the customer only of the products he receives. In the second shipment that will include the missing product / s, the customer is charged the shipping costs for the shipment and possible cash on delivery if this is the method of payment.
Xoreftaris.gr can replace a product you received which is defective by its manufacturer at its discretion. The customer must inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt. The cost of returning the product to our headquarters is borne exclusively by you initially, and if it proves to be really defective, you receive a new product with all shipping costs (including the initial ones) being borne exclusively by us. Please follow these simple guidelines in order to be served as soon as possible.
-In case of incorrect order of the customer, it would be wise to have telephone contact in order to replace the product. In this case the costs should be borne by the customer. Returns will not be accepted on products that are not kept in our stock, and come after a special order for the customer.
-In case by mistake of xoreftaris.gr or its supplier regarding a product that is sent, contact us IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT try to modify / change it as there will be NO return.
Even if it does not seem to work, let us know and do NOT make any repair moves. Returns are accepted only in the factory packaging and condition, even if it is a mistake of xoreftaris.gr in the shipment, as a product that has been modified is not accepted return to the manufacturer / supplier.

VAT is 13% on car seats
Items must be in their original condition and you will be asked to show the corresponding receipt or label (of the item with our code) or change card. (items must be in excellent condition and internal labels must be intact). All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase date
The Horeftaris store reserves the right to reject returns sent or notified after the return deadline or returns of items not in the same condition in which was when they were received
